Sreejith Ravi – An Indian Actor arrest details
Sreejith Ravi is an Indian actor who appears in Malayalam films and a few Tamil films. He is the son of veteran film actor T. G. Ravi. Sreejith Ravi has gone into trouble in his personal life with multiple criminal cases of exhibiting nudity in front of minors.
Currently, on 4 July, 2022, Police arrested Sreejith Ravi for an allegation of exposing his genitals in front of minors in public. He is currently arrested under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) act.
The incident occurred in Thrissur district, and according to the authority, Sreejith Ravi was sitting in the car when the two minors appeared, then he got out of the vehicle and exhibited his private part.
According to source, Ravi was undergoing treatment for the behavioral disorder and he confessed about it during the investigation.

He studied in Hari Sri Vidya Nidhi School, Thrissur. He received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
He also received his PGDBA from ICFAI Business School, Bengaluru, and Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI Hyderabad.

Sreejith Ravi started his acting career in 2005 with the film Mayookham. Chanthupottu released in the same year which ran for more than 100 days came as the first break.
Adoor Gopalakrishnan’s Naalu Pennungal, Sivarasan in the rajiv gandhi assassination based Mission 90 Days were his important roles. Chekavar was a turning point where he eventually ventured in the Tamil film industry with the movie Vettai.
Sathyan Anthikad’s Kadha Thudarunnu and Orkut Oru Ormakoot by Manoj Vinod showed a possibility of moulding into character roles and humour apart from the villainy seen throughout and through lineage of the one-time prominent villain actor T. G. Ravi.
He won SIIMA Award in 2013 for the Best Comedian for his performance in the film Punyalan Agarbattis. His portrayal of the simpleton auto driver Abhayakumar a.k.a Thuthuruthoo in this film resulted in a big jump in his popularity.
His roles in Tamil films like Kumki, Madha Yaanai Koottam, Kathakali (film) where he played the central villain character opposite popular Tamil star Vishal (actor) and Asuravadham have been appreciated. He has acted in a Kannada film Happily Married starring Pruthvi Ambar.
