The league manager of the Pepsi national beach soccer league Miss Phoebe Kutamba has passed a new ruling to all teams that play the national beach soccer league of Uganda.
Muwanguzi cup is a new tournament organized by the Uganda beach soccer association in remembrance of the late Muwanguzi Simon, the former owner of Lido beach Entebbe.
According to Miss Kutamba, all teams that play in the current beach soccer national league shall be entitled to pay a fee of UGX100, 000 as those that want to join the commemoration pay UGX 150,000.
She said this in the club managers meeting that took place at FUFA house Mengo where only seven club managers out of 16 clubs that play this league managed to attend.
Among the clubs that were represented where KIU BSC, St Laurence university, MUBS, MENGO Hospital, Nkumba Select, Muteesa 1 royal University as well as Talented BSC.
Deo Mutabaazi, the Uganda Beach Soccer Association chairman ha together with the league manager Miss Phoebe Kutamba confirmed that this weekend is going to be massive and they expect allot of entertainment to the beach soccer funs this season.
This weekend the league resumes with KIU against Kabalagala rangers in a derby that will entertain the spectators at 4:00pm.

MUTEESA ROYAL vs. NKUMBA SELECT at 1:00pm
STORMERS vs. MS SAND LIONS at 2:00PM
DALUMBA INTERNATIONAL vs. TALENTED at 3:00pm
KABALAGALA RANGERS vs. KIU at 4:00pm
REAL GALACTICLES vs. ST LURENCE at 5:00PM
