Reality personality and right-wing commentator Katie Hopkins has been removed from Australia’s Big Brother VIP after breaching quarantine rules.
A petition has been created by Emma Powell, which urges Channel 7 to send Katie back to the UK and states that it “beggars belief that she even passed the character test to receive a visa.”
The petition reads, in part:
With NSW & Victoria in lockdown, a reminder that temporary visa holders must obey public health orders. Australian Border Force is reviewing this matter. Where visa conditions are breached, individuals may face visa cancellation in accordance with the law. https://t.co/mm2NBM1Hxd
