The Football Association have announced they will pay tribute to Ray Wilkins at Saturday’s FA Cup final at Wembley.
His wife Jackie will present the trophy to the winning team from the Royal Box and the matchday programme will contain a tribute.
The final pits Chelsea against Manchester United, two of Wilkins’ former clubs, and banners in his memory will be unveiled at both ends of the ground ahead of kick-off.

FA chairman Greg Clarke said: ‘It is particularly fitting that both clubs and the wider football community will unite to remember Ray Wilkins on the day.
‘Ray had a longstanding affinity with the competition, winning it as both a player and as an assistant manager. He is sorely missed.’
