Hebert Kaddu a man who was arrested inside Namirembe cathedral on allegations of trying to assault bishop Kityo Luwalira has spoken out.
Kaddu a resident of Makayi in Rubaga Division forced his way into Namirembe Cathedral before pacing down to the pulpit where Bishop Luwalira was preparing for the service.
He came driving in Toyota Super Custom, wearing a black piece of cloth and had a walking stick in his hand.
However, Kaddu says he inherited the walking stick and the back cloth from his late father but says they have tormented him for the rest of his life making him poor.
He added that he wanted to use Easter cerebration service and bring his heavy burdened load before the man of God to pray for him and deliver him from spirits of his forefathers.
However his family members say he has been mentally ill for 7 years and have been looking for him to take him to Butabika hospital for treatment.
