Did Kay Flock Get The Death Penalty: Is He Dead or Alive?
Despite rumors to the contrary, the 19-year-old rapper Flock is still alive and well.
However, because the rapper has been charged with murder, there has been speculation that he may face the death penalty.
Kay Flock, who was only 18 years old in 2021, was charged with first-degree murder in New York for allegedly killing Oscar Hernandez, a 24-year-old man.
In addition, he was also accused of two separate offenses of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, both of which are felonies.
In light of these charges, he was transferred from Rikers Island to a federal prison and is scheduled to stand trial on February 23, 2023.

In addition to the rapper, five other people were named in the case and appeared in court for the trial. The identities of five other people have not been revealed.

Kay Flock Murder Case Update
After an argument, Flock murdered a man in a barbershop; Flock pointed his gun at the victim and shot him in the neck and back.
The victim died on the scene; one of the witnesses said he saw him loading his gun before entering the shop.
The rapper was arrested almost a week later; a Wanted poster was distributed in various locations.
He was charged with first-degree murder and illegally possessing a firearm after being arrested.
However, the rapper has now been transferred to federal custody, where he faces additional charges alongside five other Sev Side gang members.
The rapper founded the Sev Side gang, which was involved in robberies, wire fraud, bank fraud, and murder and assault.
Flock is scheduled to appear in court again on March 9, 2023. This could be his final court appearance, and he could face life in prison or the death penalty.
More information about the murder case will be released following the next hearing on March 9. Hopefully, the murderer will face consequences for their actions.
