Tim Henderson, a former Oklahoma County District admitted to sexual activity with prosecutors in a written statement.
Former Oklahoma County District Judge Tim Henderson has admitted in a written statement to “sexual conduct” with a prosecutor in his office, in her apartment and in hotel rooms.
He denied, though, that their involvement, which ended in 2018, influenced his rulings in a murder case that went to jury trial this year.
Female prosecutors have accused him of rape accusations. His wrongdoing punishment and jail sentence have yet to be disclosed by the court.

Jurors on Feb. 2 convicted Robert Leon Hashagen III of first-degree murder in the death of a 94-year-old woman during a 2013 burglary. He is seeking a new trial because of the secret “sexual relationship.”
“The integrity of the judiciary … is very much in question here,” his attorney, James Lockard, argued at an evidentiary hearing Monday. “We can’t have faith that the verdict is a fair one.”

Tim Henderson Rape Charges -Who was the prosecutor?
The female lawyers accused Tim Henderson of sexual abuse.
Prater said a female assistant district attorney in his office came to him with allegations against Henderson on Tuesday, March 9. He said at least one more female assistant district attorney subsequently alleged misconduct by Henderson.
“I became aware that Tim Henderson was alleged to have sexually assaulted one of my lawyers. I immediately began to investigate and asked that he be suspended,” Prater said. “I’ve now learned that there are at least three young women who have appeared in cases (in front of Henderson), not just from my office, who are all alleging the same thing. So we are actively involved in a sexual assault criminal investigation against Judge Henderson.”
Presiding Oklahoma County District Court Judge Ray Elliott issued an order (embedded below) suspending Henderson this morning, and Elliot told NonDoc that he spoke with Henderson before doing so and that Henderson said he would be resigning. Gov. Kevin Stitt’s chief of communications said Henderson’s resignation letter was received the Monday after the original publication of this story.
The Court of Criminal Appeals also has ordered a hearing over Henderson’s involvement with another prosecutor in a drug case.
A convicted heroin dealer, Aaron Lamar Fort, complained on appeal that Henderson was clearly not impartial “because he was sexually assaulting or having an affair with the prosecuting attorney in this case.”
Fort was convicted at trial last year. The prosecutor in that case has told the OSBI that Henderson made unwanted advances on her last year and made her perform oral sex on him three or four times.
Henderson, through an attorney, also has described that involvement as consensual.
The Oklahoman is not naming either prosecutor because of a policy against identifying alleged sex crime victims in most circumstances.
There is no additional information concerning this punishment or jail sentence; furthermore, information is yet to be released.
