Founder of Fresh Ego Kid and former footballer, Marvin Morgan dies at the age of 38.
Marvin Morgan was an English professional footballer who played as a forward for several non-league and football league teams.
Morgan’s former club, Hendon, confirmed he had died on Monday before deleting their tweet ahead of an official statement.
It read: “We are shocked to have learned this morning of the passing of Marvin Morgan at the age of just 38 years old.
“Marvin joined us at the start of the 2018/19 season and had a big influence in his 7 appearances. Our thoughts are with his friends, family and loved ones today.”
Several of Morgan’s previous clubs, including Shrewsbury Town and Plymouth Argyle, have since reacted to the news.
He played in the football league for around 10 years for different clubs like Shrewsbury Town, Plymouth, Hartlepool, and so on.
Morgan played football professionally for around 18 years.
Besides football, the late athlete also gained popularity as an entrepreneur after he set up the streetwear fashion brand Fresh Ego Kid, in 2011 which is adored by Dele Alli, Anthony Joshua and Romelu Lukaku.
It gave the ambitious Manchester-born, London-raised striker a plan for a life after football, and it’s gone much better than his wildest dreams could’ve expected.
His shirts and other pieces of clothing were worn by multiple superstar footballers as well as other people.
One of the regular customers is Romelu Lukaku, who expressed his condolences and lead the tributes.

The founder of Fresh Ego Kid, Marvin Morgan was an English former footballer and a businessman.
He signed his first professional contract as a young footballer in 2000 and played in non-league teams, before making his move to Aldershot Town in 2008.
While he mainly moved around teams in the lower leagues, Marvin couldn’t make it to the higher divisions.
In 2011, Morgan founded the clothing brand Fresh Ego Kid out of his boredom.

He was primarily a non-league player throughout his 20-year career but represented Aldershot Town, Dagenham and Redbridge, Hartlepool United, Plymouth Argyle and Shrewsbury Town at professional level.
His final stint as a footballer was with Isthmian League Premier Division side Potters Bar Town in 2020.
In the latter years of Morgan’s career, he became a fashion designer and founded Fresh Ego Kid.
