There’s a lot going on with Fortnite at the moment with the recent news that it has been banned by both Apple and Google. This is because of Epic Games’ recent mega drop and direct payment inclusion, but – away from politics and in-game currency – there is also a host of new challenges for week nine. And, to help you complete one of the many challenges, here you’ll discover where Camp Cod is so you can find the location for where you need to stoke the campfires.
Aside from needing to stoke a bunch of campfires, other Fortnite week nine challenges for Season 3 include finding Hydro 16 and collecting metal. You also need to gas up a vehicle at Catty Corner, as well as get a bunch of eliminations at The Fortilla.
While you can do the other challenges at another time, below you’ll discover where Camp Cod is so you can find the location of the campfires.
Where is Camp Cod in Fortnite?
Camp Cod is found in Fortnite at the Southern edge of its map.
In order to find Camp Cod in Fortnite, you must travel to the G8 square of Epic Games’ map to find its location.
It’s a small island below Catty Corner and Misty Meadows, so it isn’t too difficult to find.
And, when you do get there, you must stoke three campfires to complete its challenge.
How to stoke campfires in Fortnite
You stoke campfires in Fortnite by travelling to Camp Cod and pressing the Light button.
Once you’ve set an unlit campfire alight, you then need to press the same button again to stoke them.
There are a bunch of unlit tents of wood around Camp Cod, but you only need to ignite three to complete the objective.
After you have completed the challenge, you will be rewarded with 3,500 XP.
