The newly elected MP for Kyaddondo East Robert Kagulanyi Sentamu popularly known as Bobi Wine has responded to President Museveni’s concern on by-elections and other issues in the country.

In a 2,128 word dossier, Mr Kyagulanyi accuses President Museveni for failure to acknowledge the evolving trends, even after ruling for three decades (30 years).

The response to Museveni’s letter dated July 10, 2017 draws sharp criticism to a number of issues, summarized into three broad categories; allegations of biased media coverage, the question on ideology as well as discipline, “heckling.”

The singer-turned politician’s 2000-word letter raised a lot of debate both on social and the mainstream media.

However, the woman behind the lengthy response to the head of state has been revealed. We can exclusively reveal that Anne White, a youthful Canadian woman is the person behind Bobi Wine’s response to the President.

Bobi Wine contacted White about four years when his image in the public was worsening due to brawls and weed related stories.

Everyone remembers how Bobi Wine used to fight with fellow artistes and verbal exchanges of abusive and demeaning words in the Media.
Everyone remembers how Bobi Wine used to openly smoke marijuana and weed openly and his pictures used to appear in the dailies.

Actually many times he would step on stage smoking marijuana!!
Due to his conduct, many corporate companies abandoned him and his music career suffered at a certain period.

However, after getting in touch with White, he steadily changed for the better which recently culminated into him joining the Parliament where he will represent the people from Kyadondo East.

White planned and prepared for all his campaign messages, his conduct in the public and his relations with the Media. She has been moving together with Bobi Wine to Radio and TV stations to ensure he gives out adequate, sound, and meaningful message to the public.

When the President wrote a letter complaining about the mean and poor media’s publicity towards NRM, she took up the opportunity and responded to the President’s letter which response went viral on social media.

All over the world especially in the West, Politicians, Artists, Businesspeople, public figures among others have media strategists who manage their public relations unlike in Uganda where big institutions like BoU lack a credible PR personnel!

Indeed, this White woman who resides in Uganda has done a wonderful job in changing Bobi Wine’s image for the better!
