Maj Gen. Julius Oketta passed on earlier this morning at Cadic Hospital in Kampala where he succumbed to heart failure.
Major General Dr. Julius Oketta, served as an army representative in the in the 9th parliament. He was also a strong member of the Office of the Prime Minister team and had recently served as the Head of the National Emergency Coordination and Operations Center (NECOC).
