Manchester United could miss out on re-signing Zlatan Ibrahimovic as his agent has offered him to AC Milan.

The Swede, who is currently sidelined due to a knee injury, is a free agent after his contract at Old Trafford expired in June.

However, it had recently been reported Manchester United would look to snap up the 35-year-old again in the new year once he was fully fit.

But the Premier League giants will have to move fast as, according to La Repubblica, Ibrahimovic has been offered to AC Milan.

The Italian newspaper claim the proposal has come from the striker’s agent, Mino Raiola.

Ibrahimovic has previously spent time with AC Milan before, while he also enjoyed stints in Italy with Juventus and Inter Milan.
