Manchester United‘s players have revealed some of the goings-on behind the scenes at their hotel ahead of the FA Cup final with Chelsea on Saturday.

With some time to relax in between training sessions, the United stars have given a glimpse into what they have been up to in their time off since the Premier League season finished last weekend.

Jesse Lingard, who was selected for England’s World Cup squad this week, has treated himself to a customised iPhone

Produced by iDesign Gold, the phone is customised with 24k gold and black, and is not just a case. Lingard had his phone engraved with ‘JLingz’ and a pair of hands in the shape of his signature pose.

The company say prices begin from £1,950 without a phone or £750 if you include the phone yourself, as they bid to give people a more personal feel to their iPhone.

Elsewhere in the camp, Nemanja Matic took to Instagram to joke about Romelu Lukaku’s milk drinking habits.

The Serb labelled Lukaku ‘a baby’ after catching the 6ft 3in striker with a tiny glass of milk at their hotel on Thursday.

He then followed it up with an image of Lukaku tensing his bicep, saying ‘that’s why’.

There have been fitness concerns concerning Lukaku, who has been out injured since the 2-1 victory over Arsenal in April.

Matic’s former team, Chelsea, will line up against United on Saturday, with both teams looking to claim their first silverware of the season.

The match will take place at Wembley and kick-off at 17:15 BST.
