After the good words we published last week from one of the CEO of a labour company named TRUSTIN, the Parliamentary committee on Gender, labour and development is currently scrutinizing all the companies in the business of externalization of labor to sort out those that can continue with the business given the ban slapped by government on exportation of maids to Arab countries.

The chairperson of this committee, Hon Margret Komuhangi who is also the Nakasongola woman MP says that not all companies in this business are dishonest and so its unfortunate to slap a ban wholesomely.

She says the more this ban is tightened, it has a big effect on the employment sector given that there no enough jobs in the country hence a need to give Ugandans a chance to chase for the jobs abroad but following the guidelines.
