Police in Ntinda are holding an army officer whom they say is suspected of raping a woman on gun point.

Lusiba who looked so guilty told the woman to enter the gate by force where  he pulled out his gun and commanded the innocent woman to undress  quietly.

When asked, all that the woman would say was;

“He pulled out a gun and pointed it to me and commanded me to undress my self after where he had to rape me seven times”

She continued to say that what saved her was a call that the afande received from a friend. After receiving the call ,the officer left saying; “Owonye hmnmnmnmn” meaning “you have been saved”.

When we spoke to the army spokes person Col Paddy Ankunda, he said that army and police are against such acts and if the officer is found guilty, he will be dealt with according to the law.
